Flip & Tumble
After last year’s projects and various interactions, I knew I wanted to start experimenting with SideFX Houdini. This was the result of that, where I wanted to create a looping animation involving a small fluid simulation.
Using the inbuilt Mantra render engine, I didn’t explore materials and textures too deeply with this as I wanted to get the workflow down first. After completing the final render, I needed to run the images through Nvidia’s denoiser, and I also knew I wanted to do some sound design for this, where I used assets from Epidemic Sound.
